Account & Billing

Manage your subscription, payment method, billing address, and invoices from your account settings. Email support@masstorts247.com for refund requests, plan changes you can't complete in-app, or invoice corrections.

Data Accuracy

Every data point on the Platform links to its original public source. If you find a discrepancy between what we show and the source — or a missing case, MDL, settlement, or court order — please report it to ops@masstorts247.com with the source link. We correct verified errors within 48 hours.

Feature Requests

We read every feature request. Send to info@masstorts247.com with "Feature Request" in the subject line, and tell us the workflow problem you're trying to solve. Specific use cases are more useful than feature names.

Cancellation

Cancel any subscription from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access through the paid period. To delete your account entirely, email privacy@masstorts247.com.
